I don’t even know where to start but the experience was nothing short of terrific! I have been wasting my time on dental appts and being charged multiple copays and x ray fees, only to be told it would be too much money for the root canal and I have insurance. I was almost in tears from the pain and frustration when I called this dental office. The front desk was patient with me and she told me upfront what my payment would be in the range of. She made my appt for the next day! I did not have to break the bank and it was a great experience. The office very clean and calm! It smelled good. The staff were all pleasant! Dr. Sherman was awesome and kind and he explained everything to me. He made sure I was not in pain. This office has a strategic way of utilizing time and numbing you up good! I was in and out of there. No long wait and not a long procedure. I felt like I was in good hands when I sat in the chair.

The doctor and staff at Endocare fixed multiple teeth in under two weeks. Before finding this office, I spent over a year and a half at another clinic (more than 19 appointments, mostly for the same tooth) with no solution. I went to multiple clinics before this place and was dissatisfied, and dismissed. From my first phone call with Terry, I knew this office was different. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The second call the following day someone else helped me, explained what’s expected and scheduled me. The doctor is excellent, patient, gentle, and thorough. Every question I had was answered with a clear explanation, and I never felt rushed. The ENTIRE team, from the front desk to the assistants, is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about their patients. The office is exceptionally clean, organized, and efficient. I also found the cost to be more than reasonable for the quality of care I received. The customer service is 10/10 and the quality 10/10. I came to Dr. Abram for a second opinion after another endodontist told me I needed multiple expensive procedures that would have cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket (that one was in network and I paid more there for my first visit and scans) Even though Dr. Abram was out of network, he made everything as affordable as possible and, after reviewing my scans, confirmed that two of those procedures were completely unnecessary. From the first consultation, I felt respected and involved in every step of the process. He took the time to explain my CT scans in simple ways I could understand, answered all of my questions kindly and without haste, and never pressured or scared me into treatment unlike the in network clinic nearby. And unlike my previous experience with the first doctor, I never felt judged or upsold by Dr. Abram. The consultation included X-rays and a CT scan, and that cost was applied toward my treatment costs at a discount which helped a lot financially. My root canal retreatment was completed in under 40 minutes and was completely painless which is something I never thought I’d say after horrible past root canal experiences. They were absolutely amazing. Terry was able to have me in the same day and was very transparent about the pricing over the phone. You can tell she genuinely cares and enjoys her job, she convinced me to come in the same day I called and not risk being in pain for any longer. On top of that doctor Borukh is very kind and got my root canal done in under 30 minutes. If anyone needs a spot that does root canals i’ll forever recommend this location to them. They genuinely care about your experience and making sure it’s smooth and as pain free as possible!!!

When I say this doctor is exceptional, I truly mean it. After a difficult and traumatic experience with another provider, I arrived at this office feeling anxious and fearful. However, I left completely pain-free and genuinely relieved. The procedure was absolutely worth the $1,200. The entire staff was kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the visit. If you’re feeling nervous or hesitant due to a past dental experience, I highly recommend coming here. You will be well taken care of, experience little to no discomfort, and be in and out in under an hour. I can confidently say this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.
